Snake Rush Classic Simple Game ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use our mobile application.
1. Information Collection and Account Creation
Snake Rush Classic Simple Game does not require account creation, user registration, or submission of personal identity information (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses). We do not collect or store personal user accounts on any remote server.
2. Age Gate & Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)
We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy:
- Age Gate: Upon first launch, the app presents a neutral Age Gate asking for the user's birth year. This calculation is performed entirely locally on the device to determine age group. No birth year or date of birth is ever stored, logged, or transmitted off the device.
- Treatment for Users Under 13: For users determined to be under the age of 13, all ad requests are strictly configured for child-directed treatment with non-personalized ads (`npa=1`). Behavioral ad tracking and interest-based ad targeting are completely disabled.
3. Advertisements & Third-Party SDKs
Our app integrates third-party services provided by Google to support app functionality and serve advertisements:
- Google AdMob: Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements. Depending on the user's age determination and consent settings, Google AdMob may process the device's advertising ID, device specs, IP address (for general approximate location), and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads. For child users, AdMob operates strictly in non-personalized, child-directed mode, and the advertising ID is not used for personalized advertising.
- Google Play Services: Supports core app integration, security, and performance.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): Manages GDPR/ePrivacy consent requests for European Economic Area (EEA) and UK users.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Automatically collects crash reports and diagnostic data (such as device model, manufacturer, OS version, app version, and a Firebase installation identifier) to help us identify and fix technical issues. This data is used solely for stability and performance monitoring and is not used for advertising.
4. Local Device Storage (SharedPreferences)
The app stores basic settings locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This includes high score records, sound/mute preferences, game mode selections, and the local age gate completion status. This data remains strictly on your local device and is never transmitted to external servers.
5. Data Encryption and Security
All network requests initiated by integrated third-party SDKs (Google AdMob and Google Play Services) are encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS protocols.
